The product principle
The reciprocal effect of a material with electromagnetic waves is described over its dielectric characteristics, as well as its dielectric constant є. In water the dielectric characteristics are caused by the electrical moments of the hydrogen H and the oxygen O in the molecular structure. If water is exposed to a high frequency electromagnetic field, the dipole-molecules change their adjustment according to the frequency of the field and set to a motion. CM-590 is using a lot of high frequency electromagnetic waves to determine the moisture of a product.

Measuring is not affected by the height, size, density, temperature, species and weight of the products.

It can measure the moisture of a product such as density at the same time and they both have not influence of each other.
Calibration has the self-learning function. We calibrate the instrument for once.

CM-590 is a non-contact multi spectrum microwave moisture meter. It designed for heavy material, package and block on the belt. The penetration distance of the standard rectangular antenna is from 10MM to 200MM. The shell is made of PE material. It is waterproof and dustproof (IP67). The host is made of aluminum, key membrane and liquid crystal display (LCD).
